Chubby

Fifteen-year-old Lada is convinced that her biggest problem is being "chubby." After a humiliating incident, she decides to completely transform her life by the end of summer: lose weight, earn money, and become a new person. As she spends the summer in Zagreb, she obsessively tries to control her body and the relationships around her, while friendships and first loves begin to shift. The death of someone close forces Lada to confront the real problems in life. In the end, she realises that changing her body cannot bring happiness or create a new identity.
